New Machines!

I splurged on myself and bought a couple vintage machines. Good ones. From a very nice gentleman who only deals with vintage Singers. 
 Here's my " Marilyn" Monroe 301 that came with a zig zag attachment and several feet.

And here's my "Olivia" DeHavilland 221 Featherweight. 

He has to sniff everything that's new.



Isn't she beautiful ❤️? I think so.

They sew so nice and the stitches are so good.

My Hexie project is almost done! On my last round now. It is a table topper for my Dining room table. It is 40" across....Not sure how to back it, haven't gotten that far yet. I'll have to google it to find out. But it is my Sunday stitching for today.  My $2.00 Harbor Freight box comes in handy. Our furbaby. Rhododendron Trail Fini

I managed to quilt& bind Rhody in time for the mystery. I think I'll just work on my L/E quilt Triple Treat. Rainy day here today. We really need it as were in a drought situation. The lawns look awful. all dead in places that don't have irrigation systems. Maples are starting to turn beautiful colors here in western Ma. My favorite time of year hands down. Cooler temps and bugs starting to leave. Kitty is growing by leaps and Bounds. He will be a big cat we're thinking. Full of energy too. This is a terrible phone pic. the lawn is green of course, The colors are deeper than shown. The garnet butterflies are a true garnet..But it's fini and I'm glad of that. My Consew machine needs tuning up. I need to find a shop that works on them. I quilted it in King Tut Ramses Red. I'm linked to  my quiltinfatuation Have a great week my Sweet Peeps!    Debra in Ma. Some of this & that

For this Sundays' stitching I was going through my things and found this towel. Didn't even know I had it. Don't remember buying it. Love the Pumpkin & Crow design. Design by Bird Brain. Here are a few of my past weeks stitcheries. I've been trying to keep busy and keep my mind of of Morgan who died July6th. I've been sewing Bonnie Hunters' free pattern Pineapple Blossom. Also as I made the quilt I made blocks to the L/E Challenge Triple treat. This little quilt will go in one of the cars as it's small. I'll load it on the beast today to quilt. I really think those Triple Treat blocks are going to make a pretty quilt.  Now to think on what quilt next to make. I'm linked to  Slow Sundays Stitching Happy Stitching everyone! Debra in Ma.
